*Please note the webinar will only be offered in English**

    Abstract

    Participants will:

    • discover the need for educating your organization, public outreach, and how the messages should be coordinated to reduce public confusion about NG9-1-1
    • learn about Real Time Text (RTT) – the need for preparation, how to test, its workings and how it will impact your call-takers (at ALL PSAPs)
    • understand the urgency of the new Go-Live date
    • ascertain how do you properly plan for Business Continuity, pre-rollout testing and integration testing
    • Learn about a real case of a smaller PSAP amalgamating with a larger PSAP as a way of solving the NG9-1-1 budget crunch.
