Participants will:
- learn about critical milestones in the NG9-1-1 implementation process
- learn about upcoming innovations in 9-1-1 capabilities (e.g. real-time text messaging)
- obtain insight on what others are doing, and what they should be doing, to be ready for this critical change
- become familiar with new functionality between tri-services with respect to emergency management

- Tri-service emergency management agency personnel, particularly those involved in implementing preparations for the NG9-1-1 transition:

- Public Safety Answering Points who receive 9-1-1 calls.
