    OTTAWA, ONTARIO - Chief Constable Adam Palmer, President of CACP will be available (in Vancouver) to provide the CACP's perspective on police readiness for the legalization of cannabis. Chief Charles Bordeleau, member of the CACP Board of Directors, will be available (in Ottawa) following the news conference to respond to inquiries from francophone media outlets.

    The following is the information you will need to participate in Monday’s news conference:
