Companion Program

An individual registering for the Companion Program is entitled to attend the following functions:

• Opening Ceremonies & Welcome Reception (Sunday, August 20th)
• 2 Breakfasts (Monday, August 21st & Tuesday, August 22nd)
• 1 Day Ottawa City Program (Monday, August 21st)
• Gala Reception & Dinner (Monday, August 21st)

*In addition, companions are always welcome to attend the plenary sessions

On Monday, August 21st, 2023 the conference organizing committee will provide a one day Ottawa City program to all registered companions. All Ottawa day time activities on Tuesday August 22nd will be at the decision and cost of the companion.
