Analytics and Big Data
Big Data, advanced analytics, and data visualization are central to next- generation law enforcement. Real Time Centers are also part of the current and future landscape for many law enforcement organizations.
This study was undertaken to help law enforcement better understand the advanced analytics and data visualization offerings that are in the market today; offerings that often support Real Time Centers. This study will provide law enforcement agencies globally with:
1. A structured assessment of leading vendor solutions being used by law enforcement.
2. Case studies and best practice information from Canadian and international law enforcement organizations.
3. Some of the policy and regulatory issues involved in the mass amalgamation of data sets as well as the sharing of analytic solutions.
